LBOS - Layback & Offset Calculator V2.0
	The Layback and Offset Calculator (LOC) Version 2.0 is intended to be used for calculating the geodetic position of a target identified by a sonar device (the towfish) being used in underwater surveying activities. Such surveys commonly involve calculating the position of target given a known GPS location on the boat as well as a known layback and offset of the target respectively. The Layback and Offset Calculator Version 2.0 has two available options for the user interface; the standard view and the graphical view. The standard view consists of the essential fields and controls to perform the calculation. The graphical view provides a more illustrative view of the relationships between the input and output variables.
The input variables can be entered in any format as the LOC automatically does any necessary conversions. The LOC V2.0 even has the ability to account for the GPS and cable reel location on the boat, if the GPS location on the boat, relative to the cable reel is known and such detail is required. The Layback and Offset Calculator V2.0 is an essential tool for performing these complex calculations in an instant.
